Certified piping fabrication for UAE industry
Farfasha Technical Services LLC

Material cut and bevel preparation
Carbon and stainless steel stock verified against mill certificates before precision mechanical cutting and root-face beveling.
Certified weld fit-up coordination
GTAW root passes followed by SMAW or FCAW fill runs executed by ASME Section IX qualified welders under strict supervision.
Dimensional control and NDT
Comprehensive dimensional verification, hydro-testing coordination, and third-party NDT agency readiness before final dispatch.
The four-step verification sequence
Drawing review
Heat tagging
Weld inspection
Dispatch signoff
Isometrics examined for welding symbols, material specs, and dimensional tolerances prior to shop release.
Unambiguous heat-number transfer maintained across all cut pieces for absolute material traceability.
Visual and non-destructive testing logs recorded against WPS and PQR parameters for every spool.
Flange protectors secured, documentation packages compiled, and release certificates issued for site delivery.

Complete material test reports
Every spool leaving our Ajman yard is accompanied by full mill test certificates, positive material identification (PMI) logs, and certified NDT reports.
We maintain transparent records so your QA/QC team can secure project signoff without administrative delay.
