HVAC Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

As a HVAC Technician, you are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Breakdown maintenance (BD), to include: Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Exhaust, Fresh Air and Extraction Fan, Air Conditioning Systems, Package Units, Ducted Split Units, Decorative Split Units, Window Units, Computer & Server Room Air conditioning Units (CRACUs) and Humidifiers & Dehumidifiers. Air-Cooled Chillers, Water-Cooled Chillers, Absorption Chillers, Centrifugal Chillers, Scroll and Screw Chillers, Reach-In Chillers, Display Chillers, Under-Counter Chillers, Walk-In Chillers, Beverage Chillers, Salad and Prep Table Chillers,

Kitchen Equipment & Laundry skills is an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure optimal HVAC system functionality and efficiency.

• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components to ensure proper operation.

• Adhere to safety standards and protocols in all HVAC-related activities.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.

• Provide support to the overall maintenance team as needed.

• Respond promptly to service calls and address HVAC-related concerns.

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems.

• Assist in training and guiding junior HVAC technicians when necessary.

• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.

• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.

• Flexibility to work at any time as needed, day or night.

• Minimum 8 years' Experience in GCC

Languages: Hindi is compulsory,

Package: Free Visa, Accommodation, Medical Insurance, Yearly Leave & ticket for every Two years, Food Allowance, Overtime after 8hrs duty, 6days work/ 1 leave and all other benefits as per UAE law
